I found this blouse and absolutely fell in love. I have NEVER liked polka dots, until now. And frankly, I think I'm obsessed. It's the weirdest thing, like night and day. Polka dots are catching my eye everywhere I go. And who doesn't love a good pencil skirt? I have just stuck with black but once I saw the amazing collection at J.Crew I got 3 different designs/colors and love them!
